Learning to follow the vision of Chief/Director, managing their role in the middle of the organization, maintaining supervisory control over their direct reports and assisting with building momentum for the future are all essential aspects necessary to succeed.  This three-day program will review the critical areas for those getting ready for the transition to middle management as well as for seasoned managers seeking continuing education and leadership training. Middle-management leaders will learn the most up-to-date trends in leading, documenting, budgeting, commanding, and strategic thinking.
