TITLE:  2023 Risk Management for Police Command Staff

This training is mandatory for all Police Chiefs and Officers in Charge (OIC) of their police departments. Chiefs and OICs should bring the Department’s second in command and any other staff officers they believe would benefit from the training program.

The training focuses on Risk Management Strategies to prevent or mitigate general liability, whistleblower (CEPA), and the Law Against Discrimination (LAD) claims.
