This free two day training will cover the policies and procedures mandated by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office for internal affairs investigations. It is the only internal affairs course approved by the Attorney General’s Office, and attendance is required for anyone assigned to investigate internal affairs cases. Topics will include Administrative and Criminal Investigations, Drug Testing, Fitness for Duty, Early Intervention, Resiliency, Garrity Warnings, Domestic Violence Investigations, Record Keeping, and other areas of interest. Due to occupancy restrictions, no more than 4 members from any department may attend this training. For further information, see the link below.
