The class will include a comprehensive review of the Juvenile Justice Reform Attorney General Guidelines 2020-12; instruction on using Juvenile eCDR and Livescan; instruction on navigating the Juvenile Complaint Approval Process; best practices for handling a juvenile detention case, including working with the judiciary’s Juvenile Intake Unit; updates on Stationhouse Adjustments and other Juvenile Diversionary Programs; and an in-depth discussion of Juvenile Interrogations and Miranda issues, including mandates from recent case law.
